1. Research use only

For laboratory research use only. Not for human or veterinary use. Not a drug, food or cosmetic. Not evaluated by the FDA.

LABSOLUT Bac Water is a laboratory reagent sold to adults for in-vitro and laboratory research. It is not sold for, labelled for, or intended for use in or on humans or animals. We do not provide use instructions, protocols or advice of any kind, and our staff will not answer questions about personal use.

2. Who may buy

You must be at least 21 years old. By placing an order you confirm that you are purchasing for lawful laboratory research, that you understand the product's research-only status, and that you will handle, store and dispose of it according to applicable law and your laboratory's procedures. We may refuse or cancel any order — including where we believe the product is intended for human or animal use — and will refund anything already paid.

3. Orders and payment

Placing an order on this site records your order; it does not charge you. We email payment instructions to the address you give us, and an order is confirmed only when payment is received. Prices are in US dollars and are set by us at the time of order — the total shown at checkout is calculated on our server.

4. Discount codes

The first-order code is limited to one use per customer and cannot be combined with wholesale pricing.

5. Shipping, returns and damaged goods

See our shipping policy. For safety and integrity reasons, opened vials cannot be returned. Vials that arrive damaged are replaced — tell us within 7 days of delivery with a photo.

6. Liability

Products are provided for research purposes on an "as is" basis apart from conformity with their stated specification. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price paid for the product in question. You assume all responsibility for how the product is used once delivered.
